"Our check in took a long time, was stressful and I had paid extra for a deluxe ocean view and the first room they showed us was old beat up and noisy. I had emailed the hotel and requested a quieter room. Our second room was much nicer and quieter. Later I discovered that I had been overcharged took awhile but we were able to work it out. The front desk was not efficient. I understand mistakes happen but an apology would have been appreciated. I thought this chain was known for its service"

"We loved our stay at pueblo bonito! We like the blanco over the rose because it was a bit smaller, it felt more intimate, but still plenty or room. We had no problem getting chairs or ordering food and drink pool side. They were very clear what was included in all inclusive or not. and we loved that they gave you a bracelet that was room key and charge card for the all inclusive. Food was good and drinks were good - better than other all inclusive's we've stayed! We only did 2 nights ahead of a...

"I liked it! I stayed here through the hurricane and felt safe. The staff was so kind and attentive. I will say...it's a little out of the way, but an Uber into town is not too expensive. You just wont have other restaurants around. I recommend going to Fresko for groceries and getting the king room with the kitchennette. Special thanks to the front desk because they kept me sane while I waited out the storm. :) "
