Próximo da Universal Studios e Warner. Próximo também das comodidades de Burbank. Local reformado e com excelente conforto. Eletrônicos desfasados, poderia ter equipamentos mais novos. Não há recepção e nenhum funcionário no local, toda a comunicação é por fone ou e-mail direto com o estabelecimento.

Don't choose this place if you have knee problems to many stairs. Furthermore, the place is a dump!!!

Poor customer focus. Lovely room.

The room was very nice. Nearly ran out of tp- they could have had an extra roll available. The parking situation is abysmal; and they were repaving while we were there- causing a bad situation to be much worse. Very few handicapped parking spots- and the location is very hilly- no assigned parking for hotel guests (this is an apartment complex- so you are competing with long term residents for parking places). When we asked where we should park during repaving, we were told to park in an lot that was several steep staircases away. I found the staff in the guest office to be insensitive and condescending. None of these conditions were disclosed when booking, so, "SURPRISE"!!! Lovely room- near my son (whom we were visiting) but... the staff was pretty awful.

Convenient location, close to Hollywood, Universal studio, UCLA, etc; fully equipped kitchen, clean and large rooms; the property is under renovation so it’s a bit hard to find parking close to the building; the shower and power socket in the second bathroom didn’t work at all, we ended up using one bathroom for the whole family. For the price we paid, it’s still a not bad place.

Wir waren fünf Nächte dort und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, hätte aber einige Defekte in Wänden und Böden. Saubere Arbeit es aber definitiv. Abzüge gibt es allerdings für die Parkplatzsituation, den Check-in und den generellen Informationsfluss. Man wird überhaupt nicht aufgeklärt AUSSER: wo man überall NICHT parken darf und dass man sofort abgeschleppt wird.(haben wir sogar bei anderen erlebt, als wir da waren). Der Checkput war unkompliziert.

Tercera vez que me hospedo ahí, en esta ocasión estaban remodelando y desde las 8 am estaban los trabajadores trabajando afuera del departamento, mucho ruido, no fue la mucama a hacer limpieza, sino hasta que la pedimos varias veces.

Liked the amenities in the apartment, but parking was very limited and inconvenient. Construction was ongoing and noisy. Location was great and close to everything we wanted to visit during our trip.

Bra och godkänt vistelse

Bra lägenhetshotell och nära till Universal, dock lite sämre service och information. Huvuddelen av de som bor här är studenter, kan vara lite hög nivå vid poolen på kvällarna.

Not as described and not ok

There was a reason the main photo is of the pool (which wasn’t open by the way), the block we stayed in was horrific! Slabs of wallpaper peeling off the walls in the corridor, tan carpet that is now black and terrible lighting. Reception was a demountable block and if they don’t get your email prior, it is almost impossible to find without locals directions. Inside the apartment, their idea of renovating is a thick coat of paint which causes some cupboards not to open. Apparently some blocks have been renovated, but certainly not ours at time of visiting and we had to pay the same rates as those whose buildings that had been.

Excellent ubicatiin, I rent for 7 days and Nice apartment but no fresh towels available, no laundry room available in my bulding. Too many restrictions to use parking lots. Access at my room was terrible. People like homeless living inside the bulding, smoking and with storage boxes in the balcony areas. They ask me the last day check out early because they will instal/fix a new door/window... sad experience!

Not a Pleasant Experience

The service was poor. No information in rooms to assist with the development. Pool etc. waited hours for additional towels. Day of arrival we waited until 5 pm to get the room. Hallway was dingy. Doors were kept open. Anyone could enter the inside of the nuilding If we were supposed to wash our towels directions to laundry room should have been given I have stayed at mamt time shares and ny far this wad a poor experience
