Your rooms are okay, they are clean, the good part is that they have a larger refrigerator and the two burner stove. I was hoping for the price to be a bit better since I lost everything in the Altadena fire

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and kind, but the rooms were not completely clean and the first room was leaking from the ceiling in two different spots. We were thankfully moved to a different room, but it was a smaller bed and so the last night there was very uncomfortable. Also there was a dead roach in the kitchen cabinet. Another issue was that they let homeless people come in to get their “free breakfast” which was just coffee and wrapped muffins and granola bars.

Great location for us, comfortable room. We stayed a few nights - the kitchen was perfect for cooking a couple of meals. At the beginning of our stay there was a booking error and we didn't get the right room; employee Heidi went above and beyond to make sure we got moved to the right room the next night. Kudos to her for great customer service.

Staff and area are great. This is an aging property that needs some serious remodeling and new furniture. The top sheet on our bed had a hole in it from wear. The tub had some stains and it didn't look clean.

Nice clean rooms, quiet and I liked the hardwood floors. The hallways smell like a certain green leaf plant and it's a very pervasive smell throughout the hotel.

The young lady representative with the short hair was exceptionally helpful and polite. She offered extra time if needed to check out even though we did not need it. The location did not have pool or Jacuzzi which was unfortunate, we would have indulged, but that was not why we were there. The restaurant are in quick proximity which we loved. The vending machine was pricy, a bag of chips was $4.05. The rooms are a bit older and shower had paint peeling and the shower head sprayed weird but the sleep was good and comfy and the water was long lasting hot. I would stay there again.
