We stayed here for a week for fall break, as soon as we got on the property. We were greeted by the front desk, given directions to onsite amenities, and was asked every morning if anything was needed for the rooms. Daily breakfast was always delicious and hot and plentiful, if items ran out the staff quickly restocked before the cut off time. 10 stars will be staying again on future visits!!

We stayed two nights. We liked that the rooms were bigger than expected and had plenty of room. I didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t separated from the vanity. It was clean but outdated and old. Would stay again. Only negative is that this hotel doesn’t have a pool!

The employees were nice. But the room needed a lot of maintenance. The sofa was full of stains. The room wasn't cleaned properly, no vacuum, beds weren't made. A roach was inside the bathroom, most of the toiletries were empty, and I believe there was some bed bugs. We didn't have connection for charging the phones. There was a hole om the wall. The breakfast taste it weird. I wouldn't recommended. The whole hotel looked disgusting. And also, as soon we check in the fire alarm started to ring. We have to get out of the hotel.

Me and my husband were just out in the area and decided to stay the night and I will say I enjoyed the comfort of the bed the bath was hot and if you leave your personals they have the basics. I liked the fact breakfast was included there were no hidden fees we got to reserve ahead of time and pay at property we chose to pay. Ash and that was fine. I think the staff was welcoming and helpful and checking was easy and smooth. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back out to the area.

The room 123 was terrible. It's only inches away from the back entrance. People literally walked in front of our nose. Don't take this room unless it's heavily discounted. Bathroom sink faucet and shower handles were of cheap and low quality. They don't adjust temperature well. Water is either too cold or too hot. A tiny twist of the handles will tip the balance. But breakfast was amazing. Kitchen staff were outstanding. The lady Isabel went out of her way to ensure guests had enough food.
