"I was calling from 6.30 am and was told to call back at 9am. I was not spending the night so I was requesting an early check in. I was pushed from agent to another. I was also told early check in’s are not guaranteed which I completely understand but I had no help from anyone. An agent called niaomi just forwarded my call and then I talked to Rodrigo who was helpful but I was put on hold for 25 mint. Then called back at 10.30 and canceled my reservation which I was put through the front desk immediately. I had a very important zoom to make and had to do it in a parking lot. I ended up booking a day room in aloft hotel who were extremely accommodating. I’m absolutely demand a refund for the room. I have never experienced such incompetence from embassy suites "

"The hotel is OK. I was inconvenienced by being locked out of my room at 9a. When I went to the front desk, the young lady wasn’t too friendly. She gave me another key, and that one didn’t work. A manager/maintenance man came by to let me in and said my key didn’t work because I was checking out that day. I asked why would I be locked out at 9a if checkout is at 11a. He replied “that’s just what happens. “ No apologies, no friendly smile, just a straight face. The hotel is OK, but the non friendliness of the staff made the stay not so great. "
