"Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Bring mosquito repellent and plug in mosquito killer for the room. We didn’t have a car however two small supermarkets with a limited selection are very close. We walked to a larger one when it was a bit of a dull day for the beach. Beware taxis on Corsica are crazy expensive so plan your activities accordingly. The beaches in the area are superb."

"Very nice property. Very clean, well equiped. Excellent location with just a 1 minute walk to a great brasserie, boulangerie (with breakfast) and a charcuterie. Lots of restaurants 5 minutes walk away (Casabianca-excellent) Beach 100 metres away across the road. Great 'swimmers only' beach (no boats) a little further. Highly recommended."

"What a wonderful place to stay. The pool and the terrace are lovely and the villa was superbly comfortable and clean. "

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you. The pool was fantastic. Alway space, great design and view. The mini studio perfect for 4 people. We came prepared and we brought our own cleaning products and tea towels. There were always parking spaces. It felt safe with the Closing gate. It was 2 minutes drive from the supermarket and 30 minutes from Palombaggia. I would definitely go back. My negatives: - that the drive back to Bastia airport was never 2h30, due to traffic, it took almost 4 hours and we almost missed the plane so if you fly back from Bastia, leave VERY early so this does not happen to you - the restaurant was not for us, pizza not very good (chopped tomato not tomato sauce, not good for kids and calzone way too much meat that was hard to chew, tough sausage) and you have to book, not ideal on holiday if you just change your mind and want to eat there, better have a reservation, really not ideal or friendly system, and after 7pm lots of insects so put lots of repellent. I got stung and it was very bad."

"This was a superb hotel as a base for our 5 night trip. Although situated just outside the main town it is excellent value for money whilst offering a high standard. The rooms are extremely spacious and the whole of the hotel is modern, airy and welcoming. The restaurant is situated on the top floor with lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious. A big shout out to Fabrice, the restaurant manager, who was so very friendly and helpful in giving us tips on the local area. Dinner was also of a high standard and we enjoyed an amazing steak that was cooked to perfection and well presented. The pool ( again situated on the top floor), was a welcome addition to cool off in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. "

"Although clean (and the bed comfortable), the main problem with my room was a terrible stench that seemed to emerge from the direction of the air conditioner and which lingered in the room despite airing it. I thought at first this was a result of seaside heat and humidity, so I didn't report the smell. A few days later, when I opened the safe the day before my departure, my passport and other valuables were wet. That is when I realized that the nasty odor was due to chronic leaking of the AC and the water dripping and seeping into the closet and woodwork right under the AC, including the metal safe attached to the wall of the closet!! I had an early departure the day after, so I didn't have time to complain, but other reviews have reported similar bad smells, and if AC leaks are also the problem, then something needs to be done. You don't want people's valuables and passports to get wet inside the safe that's meant to protect them. On the upside, the hotel provides a shuttle service (a "navette") to and from the Ajaccio airport, which is convenient. Also, you can take the beach shuttle right outside the hotel, which will get you to various beaches in the "Rive Sud." "

"Villa was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was very dated. It was frustrating that we had to pay 6 euros for each bath towel. It was nice that they spoke English at the reception desk. "
