The hotel opened last year in 2025, it was clean and the staff was attentive. Kotta was very helpful and friendly to help us out with our requests.

They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.
