"Enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Waters very much. Lovely, clean and relaxing place. The Manager Raaj was very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Harbour and beach that has all the amenities for a holiday. Will stay there again😊"
"Catherine was very friendly when she greeted us on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable.. Use of the fan provided in our room made a massive difference at night. Breakfast was made fresh and was excellent. Would definitely return and recommend "
"Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). "First time away with my partner on holiday for one night, the rooms were wonderful, nice spacious area and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just wished the check in was before 3pm but overall wonderful hotel to stay in for a night away or two. Definitely coming back again. "
"Lovely hotel, nice sized room, nice sized bar with lounge area and pool table, central location close to town centre, harbour and pier, lovely indoor pool, staff really friendly and helpful, evening entertainment as well, really good value for money, i will book again at some point in the near future but will make sure im not staying right next to the lift as its noisy up until 12am and again from about 6am the following morning."

Only minor complaint i have is the wait for drinks at the main bar.

"This hotel was phenomenal.The check in person so was good.Gave lots of advice.Breakfast and dinner are available.The room was so cozy and gave amenties like water,sweets and biscuit.The room was very clean.The room had laminated pamphlets sheets of information about breakfast,bus times,Thoverton and Exeter town information etc.There is a pub below the rooms which is quite busy in the evenings to nights.This place is well taken care of and they take care of their guests.It is an exceptional place...
"Wir waren als älteres Ehepaar eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Bad und Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin und ihrem Mann hervorragend betreut. Das Frühstück war exelent. Parken vor dem Haus. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Wir haben vor Ort alles zu Fuß gemacht. Bis in die City und zur Strandpromenade zwischen 20 - 30 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen. "
"The rooms were clean and well serviced. The bed was solid and comfy. The staff were very helpful. I saw people have had issues with the water pressure in the showers. I waited about twenty seconds for the pump to kick in and it was a great shower.
Comments about the walls being thin. On the first night I had nightmare neighbours. But Steve promptly dealt with them and no more noise. Simples. I was there for 5 nights. Had different, more courteous neighbours during the rest of my stay. No...
