"Still waiting on my deposit being returned. Will not be back!"

"Hotel was within walking distance to the center of Falkirk with restaurants and bars. Only stayed briefly overnight, but the room and accommodations were fine. Easy, free parking and access. Attractive neighborhood setting."

"A clean and comfortable hotel, with free parking and buffet breakfast, are the great highlights here. For a no nonsense stay, highly recommended."

"We both enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by Susan who made us feel very welcome and Susan helped us decide where to eat out that evening. Good choice. Our room was very clean, with crisp clean bedding and spotless bathroom. Good powerful shower, plenty of towels. The room was lovely and warm and cosy and we both slept well and we were surprised at how comfortable the bed was. The Premier Lodge had other guests at the time, however, the night was peaceful and quiet."

"Perfect location next to the Bannockburn battlefield site - friendly staff and good food - would recommend"

"Nice atmosphere downstairs and up in the room. Tall ceilings excellent bedding, wonderful shower delicious treats. We ate dinner there and while the salad wasn’t very good. The pizza was delicious. In the morning we were in a hurry to go see the castle and they boxed up some pastries for the car and gave us drinks to go. Absolutely amazing service!! The parking lot in the back may have been one of my favorite features. It’s on a busy street with lots of competition to park there and pay, but...

"Convenient location, but be prepared to hike hills!"

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. The restaurant...

"Staff was not interested in being helpful numerous times both at check in and at breakfast. Seems like with parking on site could be free? Location was perfect. Close to restaurants. Might want to mention the hilly terrain"

"Convenient to walking to all locations although no on-site parking as advertised. Orherwise very good."

"Great hotel and a great night's sleep!"

"Rooms are spacious. Shower pressure was poor. Hotel is in a great location. Gym was out of service and laundry services were not clear on website. Would recommend."

"Lovely rooms and amenities and very central"

"Excellent room and service, staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Kirsty, Sean, and Duncan and everyone at the desk were amazing."
