Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. "The location is great. The staff were like lifetime memorable best hotel we've ever stayed at. Including at the restaurants. We were here in a heatwave and it's especially hard to sleep when it's 90° in the room and no air conditioning and if you open the door it's above the very loud bar. However the staff was so fantastic it's hard to not give them a five-star review and that's why it's a five star."

"Right on the street, but the room was quiet enough—wonderful views. We came in summer, and the room faced West, so very hot. The curtains were not enough to keep the room protected, and the cleaning staff would open them some, so the room was always superheated. No AC. There was a hot tub and sauna, but too hot to use them. Breakfasts were very good. The coffee/bar was nice to have, but served very weak coffee from pods. It cooled off in the evenings, so opening the windows and turning on a ceiling fan helped, but the walls would still retain substantial heat. Better coffee right down the street."

"Great location just outside of Cortina d’Ampezzo. The room is clean and spacious with lots of sockets for charging devices. And amazing view of the mountains! The provided breakfast had a good selection and the in-house bistro served pretty good food too. There’s only 1 washing machine and dryer though, if you’re unlucky you may have to wait 1.5 hours for the drying cycle to end."
