It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. "We were looking for a quick overnight in the East End, and the Harpoon House exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious (a suite!) and well-appointed, blending the charm of the original 1648 (!) building with modern amenities and furnishings. "Wonderful stay! There was a problem with the room we booked (things happen) but Dawn made sure we were happy in an upgraded room. Location is great, walking distance to Main Street. Breakfast was included with the option to be brought to your room. If visiting East Hampton, would definitely choose the Mill House. "
