"Clean, convient and quite at night. "

"I do not recommend staying there. Our room smelled so strongly of cigarettes and the bathroom stunk of mold which you could clearly see all around the tub/shower too. The outside of the motel had a room with caution tape taping it off. Police were rolling in to check on people who were obviously living there. I did not feel safe and as soon as we woke up we left immediately. "

"This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings...

"I came to Poets Cove for 3 nights on a solo trip. First time visiting Pender Island and I came without a car. Poets Cove offers a shuttle bus that comes to pick travellers up from Otter Bay and brings them to the hotel. However, the bus didn't show up and I was stuck at the terminal for about 30-45 minutes.
