Excellent experience from start to finish. We were on a short trip to go to Wembley. The hotel is conveniently positioned and has a small carpark on site. The staff were brilliant, helpful and cheerful. The room was a good size, clean and really comfortable beds. Perfect location for Wembley. 45 minute walk along canal mainly, bus direct in just 20 minutes. A good cafe on site rounds off the experience with a good range of options for breakfast and lunches.

The room had green lights that you could not turn off which made it almost impossible to sleep they were so bright. We also were woke up around 8am by knocking on the door, and again 10 mins later - nobody could tell us why or who was doing it. We had breakfast which was across the road and felt hurried by staff. On return to the room the key card didn’t work, we went to reception for a new key, again this didn’t work, had to go back again and the staff didn’t seem remotely bothered. The hotel itself is ok but if you want a nights sleep..not ideal
