"The quality of the renovation is very good. This is a beautiful hotel for a very reasonable rate, except beware of the parking charges at 60 USD per night! The valet guys were very helpful. Cleanliness was 4.5/5. Not many extra little touches in the room which one would generally expect in a luxury hotel. The shopping in the area is very limited. South Coast Plaza is about 35mins away. Disneyland about the same distance. The pool was nice but no one was there to service the towels etc. The roof top bar was cool! The Queen Mary ship is worth a visit."

"Emma checked us in. She is kind, efficient, and attentive to our needs as guests checking in. Moi, our bellman, is considerate and thoughtful in getting our luggage from our Uber driver to our Queen Mary guest room. The other members of the restaurant staff, Karen and Dado at the Promenade Cafe, Tommy and Tanida at the Observation Bar, and other attendants throughout the ship, are consistently helpful and kind. Well done Queen Mary Staff."

"It is centrally located.Restaurants,bars, the aquarium and Village Harbor are all within walking distance. The rooms are small, but very clean. There is parking, but it is a couple blocks away at the Marriott Courtyard and there are no elevators. But you can’t beat the price."
