"Staying on the ship was an experience. We spent a lot of time exploring and downloaded a free app to listen to ghosts. Either the ghosts just laughed at us or it didn’t work. Grumpy said hi to us though. We saw him in the hull and he growled at us later. Loads of fun."

"I was there for two nights, and my room was not serviced after the first night. I had used the face cloths and one towel. I always bring my own face cloths because I only use them once. Luckily, I'm a very neat person and did not leave a mess, but I was disappointed that they never attempted to clean my room."

"Staff was very helpful. However, the hotel needs some help.. The suite/apartment we stayed in needs a thorough and deep cleaning, a coat of paint and perhaps new flooring in the living and kitchen area. There are new rooms in the hotel that may be better. Overall, for the price point, it was okay. We were there for one day prior to a cruise. This hotel reminds me of a hostel. It seems as though they are working to make continued upgrades. I’m guessing that once upgrades are made, pricing will go up. Again, it was fine for one night. I’m not sure we’d stay there again."
