"Emma checked us in. She is kind, efficient, and attentive to our needs as guests checking in. Moi, our bellman, is considerate and thoughtful in getting our luggage from our Uber driver to our Queen Mary guest room. The other members of the restaurant staff, Karen and Dado at the Promenade Cafe, Tommy and Tanida at the Observation Bar, and other attendants throughout the ship, are consistently helpful and kind. Well done Queen Mary Staff."

"We chose to stay here to avoid having to rent a car and it was perfect! A very short walk to the (awesome!!!!) aquarium and right next door to so many shops and restaurants! The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in and through out our stay. Service in the little restaurant/market/bar was phenominal - great staff & delicious food & coffee. Will definately be staying here again next time we're in Long Beach."

"It is centrally located.Restaurants,bars, the aquarium and Village Harbor are all within walking distance. The rooms are small, but very clean. There is parking, but it is a couple blocks away at the Marriott Courtyard and there are no elevators. But you can’t beat the price."
