"We stayed five nights while traveling for a FIFA soccer match. Overall, the hotel has a prime location, our room had a great harbor view, and the beach was about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel was clean, the amenities were good, and parking was reasonable for the location.
I would give the hotel a 4-star rating because our first-night check-in experience was not smooth. Expedia advertised the room as sleeping four people, but the room only had one king bed and no sofa bed. Once a rollaway bed was brought in, there was barely any space to move around the room. I brought this issue up at check-in, but the staff member was not willing to help, even after I explained my frustration.
The next day, management got involved and moved us to a better room, and the remaining four nights went very well. I appreciated management’s help in resolving the issue, but the initial check-in experience could have been handled much better."
