"Horrible experience the elevator didn’t work had to carry all my stuff the the fourth floor and my wife stuff the restaurant wasn’t open the main reason we booked there also the tv didn’t work when we got into the room we called front desk to complain about the tv and elevator no answer till the 3rd time never had a worst experience"

"honestly the staff made my mom feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable they escorted her to her room and didn’t provide a room key at all said they would slide it under the door at midnight and never did then the next day same staff member was rude when she asked about the key."

"Staff was great. The towels smelled so weird and I thought it was just my set but I got a new set and it had the same smell. AC took a while to cool the room but it’s an old building. Parking was also 45 for all guest which kinda sucked."
