"Check in staff was friendly and helpful explaining all amenities. The Promenade Cafe had a great menu, great food and wonderful service. The included tour was fun and very informational about the history of the property. This former ocean liner turned hotel is a wonderful property, loaded with history and original features from the original Queen Mary. Our teenaged grandsons loved it as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

I had just broken my knee cap a few weeks before my stay so they were very quick to help me with my luggage and very accommodating in that they gave me a room on the ground floor. I would stay here again!"
