Had an emergency and booked a few hours before check in and the staff let us check in early and accommodated us very well. The breakfast and the shuttle to the airport were great and very useful. Will be staying here again just because it was so great!

We stayed one night. The room was clean , staff were helpful. The room didn''t have very many amenities. Breakfast had many choices. Kitchen staff were pleasant and helpful also. Desk staff helped us with areas where we could park our car. The only downside is only one working elevator and there were many people staying at the hotel. Also the restaurant area was on the small side . Very close to LAX.

The premises are clean, the rooms have air conditioning and heating, there is a breakfast buffet from 6:30am-9:30am, and you can get free toothpaste at the front desk. The parking lot is small but we got lucky and didn’t have to look for street parking.

Clean rooms, and facilities, staff very friendly and helpful, Lorena, in reception, , medardo, bus driver, oliver, breakfast room, and cleaning ladies, were amazing, always asking if we needed anything.
