"Staff was terrible. The eoman who checked me in was annoyed and had an attitude. I didn't get my water or popcorn. I felt like if I asked she might bite my head off. None of the staff were friendly but she was the worst. I had a small piece of something black on the bed when I pulled down the covers so I was look for signs of bedbugs. I didn't find anything else but slept on top of the covers. I've never had a bad experience at a Hilton like this one. Go to the Chambersburg Hilton."
