"This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly.

At the highest point on the island with nightly sunsets, and a great deck lounge that is lively at night with people drinking together sitting on mats. One of the few places on the island with strong WiFi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was a nice wooden open air cabin with many single beds with mosquito nets. Plenty of showers and clean toilets. 5-Star hostel. "

"Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old.
Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore.
The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone.

"Hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Bathroom is crammed in so you have to stand over the toilet to shower. Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. Air conditioning was good. "

"Wonderful location, staff were very helpful. Room and bathroom was everything we needed for a coupe do nights. It was clean, perhaps some areas of the hotel needed a little work but it is their down season. Very lovely little resort. "
"This was a perfect island get away. The staff was exceptional. The owners were involved. More like a family affair with a wonderful community feel. Over the Holidays they organized games in the restaurant to include everyone (I was solo and never felt left out). I even had a medical issue and the owner and a local pulled me aside and gave me some excellent and very timely information that saved me from some real problems. I extended my stay even longer, which was lucky as they were booked out all the other days."

"This Hotel is absolutely garbage the pictures are fake, the breakfast is very poor and limited, the pool was green and dirty, the beach was filled with garbage. The patio and beach furniture were old and ripped, falling apart.
My wife almost broke her ankle walking from the Tuk Tuk to the hotel which is not even safe for a donkey, no lights on the so-called pathway many loose rocks and pot holes, which makes it a safety concern for those walking from the road to the resort. There also was no hot water our entire stay, no TV in the room. I will be asking for a refund from Hotels.com when we return home unfortunately I could not uploaded any pictures to show but I have lots of pictures and videos "
