"From the moment I arrived to the moment we left the experience was outstanding. The concierge was very helpful. The room was divine, the spa/pool was fantastic, a 25 meter pool so I could swim my laps. The restaurant took care of my gluten free needs. Everyone was so kind. The amenities were lovely."

"Did not use the pool/gym so I can’t rate the pool or gym. Restaurants were good. Staff very friendly. Rooms were clean AND the air conditioning worked wonderfully during the heat wave. Nice and easy walk to Tower Hill Tube and close to The Tower of London and Hop On Hop Off Bus stop (Stop 19 Red Bus). Beds were comfortable and didn’t have to sleep in a twin bed. Two people two queen beds."

"It truly was an outstanding stay. I would rate it 6 stars if I could. The place was spotless and felt brand new, as if I was the very first guest there EVER, getting to use everything for the first time! The studio is modern, has a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, and the Dyson really helped navigate the heatwave. The lounge on the 12th floor is a great asset, with a great coffee machine. Great personnel at the front desk also. Already looking into booking my next stay there at the end of the summer!"

"executive suite was quite spacious. the room was overlooking the train lines. staff showed us another room to check if we would like to upgrade for a small price. we did not change the room. trains were hardly audible anyways. the room was well equipped with all the amenities. the AC and the washing machine in the room was such a big plus point on 90 degree hot days. check in was little rough though. the sofa bed was not prepared though the room was booked for 4 people. when we tried to make the sofa bed we discovered disgusting stains, but the staff fixed the situation very promptly. the room had too many switches than needed. there was a switch to turn on a lamp and second switch to turn the same light off! and this was for all the lights in the room. also it was an accessible room i guess, so the sink was very low for me and my 6.3 feet husband, and i had bumped into the handle bars near the toilet so many times as the kids put them down everytime! the location was conveniently near bus stops and underground stations. we will come back here again."

"My wife and I stayed for one night and we could not fault the hotel. Every member of staff that we interacted with were so helpful and friendly and the service was second to none. It was our first experience at the Pan Pacific, but just this one night stay will make us return again in a couple of months when we are back up to town. Highly recommended hotel. Well done Pan Pacific London."
