"Staff friendly and very helpful, room cleaners didn’t show up, thought they had day off. Phoned in the end and they came and did the basics at 5pm.. didn’t leave any towels which was odd and had to wash up cups myself. Overall room, location and hotel is great. Just need cleaners who understand room ..."
