I normally enjoy staying at this hotel but this time was offered a double room that simply shouldn’t be a double room. None of the doors fully opened, the bed was too close to the door (my head was max 1 meter away from the corridor) and there wasn’t enough space around the bed to place the luggage holder and still walk! The carpet was also extremely tired and old with a lot of loose fluff that just ended up having a permanent dirty look. Avoid 341!

This hotel was really conveniently located, and had lots of dining options nearby, but the area was a bit too busy for me (on a main road, near a hospital and by the tube). Great for convenience out of Euston station and for a short trip but not exactly a relaxing stay

We arrived to meet friendly staff, upon arriving in our room and noticing a mistake once we told reception we were upgraded to an even better room without charge. All of the staff seemed genuinely kind and happy to help. We are using the room service both nights of our stay and I would highly recommend the food to anyone I found it thoroughly enjoyable. Especially the fresh hand cut chips. My only gripe would be that I didnt really like the pillows but that’s a personal thing so don’t let that deter you from staying. Overall… I will be staying here again it was worth every penny. Vivian checked me and my partner in and he was just helpful and kind so than you Vivian.

Booked a premium room and the one provided, whilst it did have the amenities, def didnt look as pictures suggested, no table and chairs. Appeared to be a smaller standard room with some things added. Room was adequately clean though clearly dusty, bed was comfy enough. Slight noise from road even from 4th floor but this is central london so cant really complain. No real information in room in terms of room service etc or how to order only a qr code linked to a menu. Really tiny lifts...would struggle to get 2 cases in them with people! No gold member perks were offered in terms of 20%discount on f&b or any upgrade. Was fine for one night as was just used as base for a night out in west end but wouldnt stay here again at that price point.
