The best part of the property were your employees at the front desk. They were more than willing and very patient with us when we asked for transportation options to various points in London and Cambridge.

The extremely tiny shower had no shower curtain. Water goes everywhere on the slick tile floor. No floor mat or anything to keep you from slipping on a wet floor. The bathroom mirror light didn’t work. The overhead room lights didn’t work. Some of the switches didn’t work to turn on lights, etc. Room was very dark, with black and dark brown curtains, dark wood cabinets and trim, dark brown carpet, and few working lights. No room to put a suitcase, even though we had a deluxe room. The suitcases could only stand on end and we had to crawl over the bed to get to the other side of the room. They had no coffee one morning. It appeared to us that the hotel was run by people trying to get by as cheaply as possible.
