Very Clean Room and AWESOME pool. The problem is that the pool was limited.40 minutes we could stay at the pool. It was very very nice.
The restaurant is so so. No big deal but not bad.
I am happy with my stay and i would stay again!.
Room was really warm even though we had an a/c on but other than that really good stay xx

We love this hotel and this was our fourth stay in 2 years. It’s a great location for the airport. The rooms are really spacious and quiet despite being right by the take off runway. There is a country style pub only 5 minutes walk away along with a field of friendly geese and horses. It’s also a stones throw from Hatton Cross station which is on the piccadilly line; 40 minutes into central London. We’d definitely stay here again and again and again!

Very convenient for Hatton Cross tube station (which has no lifts), and easy access for all Heathrow terminals. Perfect for an overnight flight stay at Heathrow as long as you don’t have too much luggage.

I stay at a hotel 4 days a week so I thought I would try this one ! What a mistake !
If you like noice - fighting - drunk people book here .
Fire alarm went off - people taking drugs and smoking !
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!
There are lots of other great hotels literally minutes away which are all much better than this dump .
Just so glad I was alone and not with my family

I would assume you have the wrong hotel, we are a brand new 4-star deluxe hotel all other hotels that you mention are several years old
I stayed here as I needed to be in the airport at 7am for work. Living some distance away it seemed a sensible option. Sadly on the same floor as mine another room was having a very loud party. Complaints were raised to reception to no avail. During the early hours said party spilled into the hallway with screaming/shouting and running around. Eventually the fire alarm was triggered. I’ve had about 2hrs sleep, I would have actually been better off staying at home!
Upon raising a complaint today, the hotel has refused any compensation. It’s safe to say they have been poor during and after this issue. Credit to hotels.com though for offering a credit voucher as a good Will gesture.
Hopefully this is an isolated incident, however be aware that if you do have an issue with your stay it appears the hotel is reluctant to help.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The facilities were in good working condition, the beds were comfortable and the level of hygiene was impressive given the current COVID guidance. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one especially Meriam.

Really good hotel. Directly under Heathrow flight path BUT I did not hear a single plane. Really good soundproofing.
Directly across from Hatton tube station for easy access into Central London.
I do a lot of work around this area and when things return to 'normal' I will stay here again.

Really handy location for Heathrow Airport, nice modern room with a very comfortable bed. You can't notice the aircraft despite being right on the flight path. The restaurant was not so convincing, but overall a great place to stay if you need to get to Heathrow.

Underground car park wasn't available so had to use the small car park at the side of the hotel. I was lucky as someone was pulling out of a space on my second pass so was able to park, however, no other car park is available if you don't find a space so would have to find one quite far away. To top it all the hotel charged me £16 for the privilege.

Rooms are very small and far from clean ( broken paint on the walls dirty walls etc). The check in was a nightmare they asked me to pay refundable deposit not sure why and what for but most of the scam wis in the location the hotel is not in Heathrow is in Hatton Cross I should ask for my money back awful stay and very unfriendly staff

I am not sure if you have reviewed the correct hotel, Atrium Heathrow is a brand new hotel, it is not even possible to have dirty walls or paint coming off, all 4-star hotels ask for a pre-authorization at check-in, staff would follow a standard hotel policy, our standard rooms are 21 square meters which are among the largest within Heathrow area and comp set
The hotel was good but be careful of extra charges, The parking costs £16 per night and check if you have already booked breakfast because the hotel refused to accept that i had booked and paid for breakfast and i was charged £27.90 for 2 very bland breakfasts which due to the fantastic customer service of Hotels.com is now been returned

Check-in was fast and easy. The rain shower is amazing with plenty of toiletries and heated towels in the bathroom. There are blackout curtains, fluffy pillows, and a warm blanket, plenty of lights and mirrors to add space and ambiance for whichever mood you're in. Also, plenty of outlets and USB available.

This property was awful. The TV did not work, the telephone did not work. The location is horrible, nothing around it. They offer a shuttle service, but you have to pay for it and it stops at many hotels when going to the airport.

Our Location is our unique selling point, we are opposite Hatton Cross station with direct access to central london, we have a multi subway, pizza place, convenience store within 3 minute walk from the hotel open 24 hours a day.
Hoppa Bus charges are standard for every single Heathrow airport Hotel - Atrium included, we do not make any money from the Hoppa fare, the name itself states Hotel Hoppa bus service, our reception team can always call a cab for a customer if requested.
