Our room was clean and fresh when we arrived. I had booked a standard room with a king size, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room with a king size and a balcony. We had an issue with our glass door key card (we had 2 sets of locked doors to go through) and the front desk remedied that for us immediately. ...
