The food was a delightful highlight – a wonderful mix of traditional Indonesian flavours and an international selection including Japanese and Turkish cuisine. We also enjoyed the refreshing jamu served during our stay – a lovely cultural experience. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Wulan, Wulan Meiyi, Olivia, Wina, Najwa, and our kind and reliable drivers Ahyar and Emi – thank you for your warmth and hospitality. The transfers to and from the airport were smooth and comfortable, adding to the overall ease of the experience. "Beautiful resort with everything you need without even leaving. However, shopping Kutta Central area is a bit far but the hotel has a small taxi service to help. Great breakfast and dinner next to the beach and gym 10/10"
