"Clean place but the building is basically falling apart. Their pool room is closed and they're definitely not going to fix it. Through the door you can see black mold, chunks of ceiling that have fallen into the pool and deck, and it looks very dystopian. The whole place has the vibe of being on the edge of getting torn down. The spooky vibe is palpable. Breakfast is what you'd expect but the yogurt cups are great and kitchen Staff are attentive and they have a waffle machine. Staff in general is friendly and helpful, thankfully. Small bathrooms with no counter space.This is definitely more of a last resort hotel if you need an extended stay with a pet. Ended up here in between apartments for a few weeks. Overall not a bad stay, you're getting what you pay for. Just wish the property was better taking care of and not so obviously neglected. They also need to remove their pool from listings because that thing is being left to rot, literally. "

"I chose this business for a short stay based on previous reviews. I am not sure what people considered clean, but that was not what I found. The floors were dirty, and most of the surfaces in the room appeared to be cleaned with dirty rags. The sheets and pillows had burns and spots on them. The refrigerator was dirty. I asked for a room change, but I found the exact same issues in the second room. I took photos but the camera did not highlight the problems. I was promised a refund (pending), and I booked another hotel. "

"I did reserve the room through the app. They gave me a key from a room that was occupied by 2 males and I open the room at that moment when they was having sex. And after all that incident they gave me a room that looks like nobody clean it, the shampoo little bottle was empty and just two towels, the shower did look nasty with hair on the shower head and everything did looks like it didn't was clean. And also they start knocking from 9:45 like there was a fire outside just for the check out, when check out its at 11 A.M"

"Though it's old, this isn't a bad place, but there were enough problems with the room we were in that I'd never stay here again. The big problem was the heater/air conditioner in the wall. Though it had several different settings, most of them didn't work. The unit was either full-on or off, and when set for an in-between temperature, simply went on and off all night--ten or fifteen seconds on (with the fan roaring), then fifteen or twenty seconds off, with all the attendant on/off clicking. I'm by no means a light sleeper, but it kept me awake for some time and woke me up repeatedly. A new unit is needed in Room 112! Also, the TV simply doesn't work. I wondered why it was pushed against the side wall until I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. No big deal for me, but clearly the management knows about the problem. And the pillows are shot, the linens worn, no mat to prevent slipping in the shower, etc--all easily addressed, if anyone is paying attention. Sometimes an older, inexpensive place is fine for the night; this one wasn't. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but the management needs to spend just a little money."

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."
