"What a gem of a property. We really enjoyed our stay, and the host and his sister were super welcoming and helpful. It felt like we were visiting relatives. Each morning we had fresh breakfeast which was made fresh for us to our liking using locally sourced ingredients. We will definatley be coming back."

"This used to be a hunting lodge so it looks exactly like a lodge, with lots of wood. It is by the loch with a magnificent view from the restaurant terrace. Unfortunately no lift to go upstairs so it was a bit difficult for my wife. The restaurant food was good but seemed pre-prepared so they can’t adjust the dishes. "We were there during the weekend when the town held a special event about mountain bike. Luckily, the hotel was out of the city centre, so the night was peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious. Only one particularly dislike was that from the bathroom window, the afternoon sun was so strong that we could have got sunburn sitting on the toilet. And there was no curtain on bathroom window. Well, it was a very unusually sunny that day. "

"Although this property is small, the people running it are big hearted. We were driving from Isle of Skye on a very stormy day when we received message from Mark and Louisa to inform us that we could checkin earlier as they did not want us to be waiting in the storm until checkin time. We were quite touched by the gesture. The free parking was very convenient. The room was clean and well decorated. The toilet + shower were modern and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with homemade everything....

"Great stay with beautiful sunset view…very neat and clean . Children have a playing area as well. Didn’t find restaurants near to the property so if you don’t have a private vehicle grab some food items before reaching there. There is a CoOp in the village which is 20 to 25 minutes away from the property. The reception have snacks and ice creams "
