We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "Kitchen had everything we needed. Had a private family room, beds were comfy and it was warm! Drying room handy. Staff were AMAZING, really welcoming and helpful "

"Fantastic location literally a 5 min walk into the centre of Ullapool. Great parking available. We were lucky enough to get a room with a roll top bath and Kathleen gave us a brilliant welcome and even offered us a whisky! Fab facilities and breakfast options"
