"Busy check in with such a late check in time at 4pm - felt very rushed to get in, and had people piling up behind us. Then rushed again to get out by 10am. Really doesn't feel like value for money to have such a late check in and early check out. Balcony of Loch Lochy not private and our bathtub was clearly visible to those on the next door balcony. Good view of the canal though and fairly comfortable bed. Very quiet room."

"They gave us room in annex building.
Access is challenging. No handrail on the stairs. Dangerous to go up or down."
