Dangerous poolside - not family friendly - too many large rowdy groups - security not sufficient for size of hotel

This Hotel would have got 5* Review but for the cleaners to take 5 days to finally refil my shower gel and shampoo was appalling. The place got very busy from day 1 till i left and i was not going to que up at reception for something the cleaners fail to do. There are hotel that are 3* and they look much more cleaner, Livelier and newer. So dont be deceived by the Stars of this hotel. The kids slides was closed a message before hand would be nice as i only booked this hotel for my kids. Only entertainment and fun they had was the man working on security he played and also gave the children sweets. This hotel parking cost me more than my car rental.

It was a very good experience. Staff members are extremely helpful and polite. Food waa great, facilities great. And qhat an animation programme. The hotel is located in a very short distance to both beaches, 7 min walking from the station and in the centre.
The property is very nice, however the room types listed on Hotels.com for this property are not accurate. When I checked in, I was not given the room I thought I was getting (due to what I was quoted on the app at booking). This made the sleeping situation a little more difficult, but we managed after looking at three other rooms and finally settling for one that would suffice.
The staff are very attentive and the overall experience was great.

The property needed some upgrading. The elevator broke down with us inside. The rooms are tiny. Most of the restaurants that were on the property were closed. The food was just ok. You could not take drinks out of the dining room.

Room terrible, walls like paper. Couldn't shut toilet pocket door. It was so damaged. Shower cubicle handle very loose. Huge hole at bottom of bathroom door like a beaver had chewed it. Could not open wardrobe because of self closer on the room door. Balcony 1 chair. Overlooked by both sides, no screen for privacy. Chair in room had a huge hole in the seat. Staff miserable.

We booked this hotel for a last minute family holiday .we arrived before check in time around noon so our rooms weren't ready upon check in but we were given our all inclusive wristbands and told to come back at the advertised check in time of 14:30 and our room would be ready - and it was ready right on time. We were a family of five and out room was very spacious with a dividing partition between ourselves and the children. The Hotel is very large , 2 Hotels in one a 4 star and 3 star with the rooms located in various blocks. Ours was centrally located. The Hotel complex is built on the side of a hill so there are lots of inclines and steps so i wouldnt advise this hotel for people with mobility issues. Most of the guests were Spanish or French with a handful of British. We met no other Irish there. The pools were clean and had lifeguards on duty. My only issue was the sun loungers - despite signs up everywhere about not reserving loungers many guests did so and may not have attended the pool all day leaving others without loungers. The food was delicious. The queue for the restaurant was long at peak times but once inside the food was constantly replenished - plenty of offerings for all tastes. The all inclusive items around the pool were great with pizzas, toasted sandwiches, hot dogs, waffles, crisps and plenty of branded icecreams available. The area iself is apparently known for wild partying but there was no noise at night when we were there

Room (junior suite) was spacious and air conditioning good. Food was awful and restaurant was manic. Full of youths on tour or on camps- felt like we were in a football stadium with the amount of noise. The staff did attempt to quieter them down but it was unbearable. The hotel overall was amazing! We loved the pools and the spa as well as the water slides. However we were very disappointed with the service we received. First of all, we were greeted in the reception by a very rude staff member his name Mir, that kept the same attitude with us throughout our stay. Secondly, we were given wrong rooms as we requested 4 double rooms and 1 triple and we were given 2 triple rooms and 3 double. Also, the rooms were different from each other regarding their quality which wasn’t fair because we paid the same price for all rooms and expected the same standards for all of them. Finally, the cleanliness of the rooms was bad as our floors were filthy for the 7 days we stayed there, our bedsheets weren’t changed and we had to put our towels on the floor for the cleaners to realise they need changing after 2 days. So most of the staff wasn’t very helpful except the catering staff in the restaurant that were very fast and lovely.

The hotel was nice as were the rooms but we did have a suite room.
The situation to get a sun bed in the morning was ridiculous and the food was awful with not much choice at all.
We had a good time and area was good but wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Nice hotel, easy to get to the beach and bars, would stay again.
We used this place, as a base, to do some right seeing in the area, staff were very helpful, good secure parking for 15€ per day.

They try to do a good job. It is a big hotel and it looks like it is a party place. So if you are looking for a night of rest you better keep looking. We didn't mind it and if you have children, they will love it.

Would not say 4* but explains why it was cheap.
Upon arrival we dropped our bags into the room, we stayed in park 2. The room was nothing like the photos but was clean so we happy enough. We then ventured and explored the area which the hotel has a great location, only minutes walk from the shops, bars and beach. The bed was really not the most comfortable thing and was extremely squeaky, everytime I would turn over I would wake my partner. 3 of our 5 nights stay was not great for noise, the hotel was run with what seem to be school kids running riot. The other two nights one was saved by security making people turn music off and keep noise down after midnight. Admittedly the hotel can't control all people staying but maybe should plan it better where they people. Definitely would not recommend it for a family or relaxing holiday. This hotel is more for stag and hen dos and teenage clubbers. We noticed the hallways becoming more and more dirty with what looked trodden in crisps. The rooms I feel have paper thin walls as you can hear everything around you. Breakfast was bareable but the hotel is only a short walk from many good eat outs.
