"A lovel"

"The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. "First two nights were excellent. Third night in a new room. Window would not close. Street noise kept me awake all night. Just an old terrible room. I was moved to a newer room which was good. Staff at reception and bar were excellent. Would only return to hotel if I had a room not on the high street side"
