I liked the location on the prom, friendly welcome, bathroom & shower were very clean.
Good value for money & easy to find. TV worked well & bed was comfy. It was fine for a solo traveller and the beach was about 30 metres from the hotel.
We had two nights here and enjoyed our stay as we were visiting the nearby Transport Festival at Bodafon Fields. The hotel was an easy walk to the site and overall we enjoyed our stay here. We would stay again.
Enjoyed our stay here at the Manor Hotel. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we required. Nice view of the sea and out across to the Great Orme from the bedroom window. Would stay here again.
The pictures of the hotel advertised are nothing like the reality of the hotel. I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children and I was given the top floor which consisted of 1 room with a large bed and another room with 2 single beds which meant we had to sleep separately. The rooms themselves were very run down, are in desperate need of a proper clean and paint and the curtains didn't even fit the windows.... The staff however were very lovely and accommodating so I can't fault them
A simple but very clean and friendly overnight stop in Llandudno.
Easy check in and a good dog friendly room, and very clean throughout.
I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Booked last minute, great bay view included in deluxe room, decor in bathroom a little jaded but great to have a bath and see the prom and pier lights, comfy bed and cleaned well. Bedframe and furniture is old/antique. Curtains needed better fittings but did the job. Breakfast...basic buffet style, no cooked option though. All staff were friendly, some late night chatter from reception but quiet by 11pm.
Warm welcome, lovely room, polite owner and staff, dog friendly..

Clean and simple solo room, no fuss and ideal for what was needed for a single night stay. Bed was a bit creaky but comfortable none the less!
I didn't have breakfast.
The only minor headache was nobody being around initially when I went to check in abour 8.30pm, and phone signal wasn't good to get hold of anyone. My fault for not reading the booking instructions and contacting the hotel in advance for a slightly later check in time. Somebody came after a short while but clearly they had a bit of a trek from where the bell rang!

Was adequate and matched the price per night paid . Breakfast ( continental ) was very good and the few staff we met were polite and friendly .
I just wanted a reasonably priced room for one night and breakfast the following morning and it ticked all the boxes. Friendly welcome, clean comfy room, wifi, tv, part sea view, very convenient location and a good continental breakfast for a reasonable price. Nothing fancy but perfectly good. I liked the fact that the room i got was the room I'd seen on the Internet when booking. I would happily stay again.

The Manor was good value for money. Everything that I needed was there. Breakfast was simple but good.
The main member of staff was excellent. He did a lot of different jobs. He was very pleasant and helpful.
Our family room was clean, sheets and towels were clean, service from the staff (we only saw one person) but he was friendly and helpful. Looks like the hotel has recently been taken over. The breakfast was ok, cereals, pastries, yoghurt, fruit juices and the hot option was just scrambled or boiled egg, the food was a good standard and the overall stay good value for money, great location right in the front, a 10 minute walk into town

Room and hotel clean and tidy pleasant
However the curtains fell off the rail
Bed was either really hard or too soft as we stayed in the family room
Shower was hot however the power was low
Breakfast included was a choice of 4 cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastry, toast and egg of your choice very much to my husbands disappointment ready to sit down to a full english
Good location. Clean. I didn’t see anyone on Reception at all until late evening on my last night - entry is done by text/code. No bar. Didn’t bother with breakfast based on reviews. Owners clearly happy to run it “from a distance”. Adequate as somewhere to sleep.
Central location between the two ormes, both within walking distance, as is the theatre, shops and pier.
Room door locks not the best for security, and window wouldn't full close to seal and reduce road noise.
Staff very pleasant.
Good budget hotel for the Llandudno and all the area has to do offer
The only issues I had no bar and no blind's in the family room just a curtain so people can look in. Part from that a nice hotel quite and clean

Nice staff, friendly. Convenient where it it. Quiet considering it's on the sea front. Very clean.
Bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom quite dated, no wifi signal even thought it says wifi available along with bad signal in the area which is a bit of a pain if like us you have to be reachable due to having children.
Breakfast was ok.
