Friendly, comfortable and clean

Great location, lovely staff who couldn’t do more to make you more welcome. Spacious modern room, clean and very reasonably priced. Will stay again.

Fantastic Llandudno stay

Perfect location and setting both myself and my fiancée loved our stay which was our 1st anniversary, we were made to feel very welcome and our room and hotel in general was very clean and welcoming. Our breakfast was fantastic and as you can tell we very much enjoyed our visit and will defiantly be going back again.

Parking is not available for the property, we had to park at the Church car park. Great location and a fantastic stay. Self-service bar at the lounge had good collection.

Perfect !

Had a few nights away with one of my friends and were really glad we stayed at Hen-Dy Hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect and right on the beach and easy to find. We were greeted by Wendy who was very welcoming and check in was easy enough and she recommended places to eat which we really appreciated. We stayed in a cosy double which is just that but the room was clean and immaculate and we had a great view of the beach. It did get a little warm in the room in the morning with the sun shining through so a fan would have been nice but not essential. We met Ian throughout our stay too and he was lovely and welcoming. He too recommended places to eat and even remembered us when we saw us and asked how our day was which was a lovely thing to do. He even gave me plasters for my blistered toes which I was very grateful for. Upon checking out we Asked if we could leave our bags whilst we went out and about and this was no problem for them. Ian locked them away and these were easy enough to access in our return. I’d highly recommend staying here. It’s in a perfect location for the pier, cable cars, shops and places to eat. Parking is the only downside but there are car parks within walking distance and we found that York Road Car Park was the better option as its long stay. £4.50 for 24 hours and around 7 min walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great couple

Amazing friendly and helpful couple running this place. Even moved their own car to allow us to park right outside the door. View was fabulous with a sofa in the first floor bay to enjoy the sea view and promenade. My only feedback would be that the room was a little chilly, but then it is January and there was an oil filled radiator provided that soon remedied the that. I'd recommend this place to anyone for the views, location and special service.

Definitely go again!

Fantastic stay, perfect king size with sea view at a good price and owners and staff could not do any more. Breakfast was perfect well cooked english, fruits, cereals, yogurt and juices sets you right for the day. Nice and modern decor on the inside and the hub of town just round the corner perfect location!

Fred and Marie were fantastic hosts at the Hen-DY Hotel. Gorgeous breakfast. Fantastic location - couldn't be any closer to the Promenade! Rooms are spacious and cosy. Would recommend the Hen-Dy to anyone!

Last minute break.

Booked an impromptu night away, nothing much left to choose from on the booking sites so chose Hen dy..... And so glad I did. Really nice property in a great location with very friendly owners. For a small hotel, the room was decorated really nice with a very modern bathroom. Will definitely stay again.
