"Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference. "Loved the beautiful interior design and decor, from architect to artwork across all areas, a lot of thought went into making the place feel like home while elevating the experience. Perfect location, a quick walk into center of Baščaršija without the heavy traffic and noise. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and always ready to help. Everyone speaks English.
