Staffs are super friendly and helpful, from the front receptionist, waiters, waitress, and chef. Breakfast has so many selections and the chef offered to make eggs anyway we’d like since we are lactose-intolerance and gluten sensitive. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfortable without A/C where other Dolomites hotels are so hot. We wish we had stayed longer here!

Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience.

We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice, clean, staff helpul etc. No complain here. However, what was very annoying was lack of any glass in the room, or cup, spoon, no kettle either. The mini fridge bar was stocked up but was I supposed to drink from bottles or cans? Same for my kids? I was told I could get hot water free of charge (hallelujah!) Could I? I didn't feel like walking in my pyjamas at 11pm looking for boiling water to make myself a tea or same at 7am for my morning coffee b4 breakfast. I ended up buying a kettle and stocked up on too many mugs and bowls in souvenirs shop. Kettle and 2 glasses is very basic. I didn't even think to check this before booking. Lesson learned. For that reason I would not come back. Oh - and jacuzzi - awful. Inflatable, you're sitting on the floor in a murky water. Don't bother. The spa area would be far better without it, as swimming pool and saunas were nice.

The hotel is well located, it has great amenities but requires some maintenance, also the opening hours for the pool and sauna are very restricted that is difficult to enjoy if you want to also do outdoor activities.

The service at the hotel was excellent: very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel has a great location, just few minutes from Campologo ski lifts with very efficient ski shuttle service. Nice restaurants with very attentive personnel, and the spa section was good after long day of skiing.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à l'hôtel Griffone, le personnel est très accueillant et toujours prêt à répondre à vos attentes, la chambre est très spacieuse avec une mezzanine fermée pour l'intimité des 2 chambres, avec des armoires de rangement, des salles d'eau très fonctionnelles. L'espace lounge est très agréable, la piscine et le spa sont un grand plus pour se relaxer en fin de journée, le petit déjeuner est hyper varié et le restaurant de qualité. L'hôtel est situé dans une petite commune où quelques restaurants sont disponibles, et la commune de Cortana est située à 5mn pour le reste des commodités. Je recommande particulièrement cet hôtel.

Sehr angenehm, sehr bequem. Viellicht nur die Kopfkissen zu flach, und das Dampfbad war ausser Betrieb, aber es war eine super Erlebnis mit dem Personal und die Räumlichkeiten. Der Shuttle war in 2 Minuten auf die Pisten und alle waren immer bereit und freundlich.
