Very nice hotel Ski-in Ski-out!

Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort. Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow.

Il personale è molto professionale e molto prono verso il cliente. Ti fa sentire a casa e coccolato. Ottima la spa e il massaggio, credo si chiamasse risveglio alpino, di 50 min. è stato fatto da un esperto; mi sono sentito già meglio subito dopo il massaggio.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt,was mir sehr gefehlt hat waren Ersatztücher in der Sauna, als wir um 19:15 ins Restaurant kamen, waren wir eher unerwünscht. Aus der Garage ausfahren ist ohne Karte auch nicht so einfach. ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

rooms are comfortable and nice. Food is good, but especially dinner was better before (new chief?) Sauna and pool are up to date and quite nice. gym is`t good, poor Equipment which is not working properly

Osoblje je jako ljubazno i na usluzi.Sobe su prostrane i čiste mi smo uzeli duplu sobu sa galerijom na katu šta je bio odličan izbor.Hrana je jako ukusna i dobra sve domaći proizvodi iz okolice.Okolica hotela je kao iz bajke okružena planinskim vrhovima,toplo preporučujem svima a mi ćemo se definitivno vratiti opet.

Weekend in Livignio

In the summary what I can say the only impact issue is late check in time its apx 1600 and the gap between 1030 - 1600 its apx 5 h and half to clean and prepare rooms . in other places its apx 1300 h. So the improvement shall be in that direction.
