Soggiorno di 5 giorni e 4 notti metà ottobre, il primo impatto non dei migliori il personale sembra un po' distaccato ma dal secondo giorno cominci a prendere confidenza e diventa più piacevole il soggiorno, ottimo il ristorante con piatti tipici o anche con pesce, il responsabile di sala, molto professionale, ricordava a memoria le varie allergie di mia moglie. Poi c'è Jeffrey simpatico cameriere onnipresente, dalla colazione alla cena, le sue omelette fantastiche. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Bella location,sulle piste sciistiche. La nostra stanza era particolare poiché aveva il terzo letto sul soppalco. Pulito, buona colazione e bel ristorante all'interno, purtroppo non abbiamo mai cenato ma i piatti sembravano deliziosi.

God beliggenhed og godt til prisen
Hotellet er rigtig godt til prisen, men er lidt slidt. Vi bad om 3 senge til voksne, og betalte for det, men fik en fold ud seng til vores datter på 20 år - det forstod de ikke var forkert. Restauranten på Hotellet er i særklasse (La Piöda) og Hotellet ligger lige ved lift og skiskole og der er skiløb til/fra Hotellet. Bussen holder udenfor, hvis man vil på den anden side af dalen, og generelt er beliggenhed helt i top.

Skiing in Livigno
This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . We had a good break

L'albergo è molto gradevole e il peronale molto gentile. Ha un ristorante di qualità e molto conosciuto nella zona. L'albergo ha un garage interno e coperto con rampa riscaldata in caso di neve. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera da 3 persone. Il terzo letto risultava un po' ingombrante. La camera era pulita molto bene. Colazione super.

Vi har besøgt Hotel Astra flere gange tidligere. Morgenmad er super god og virkelig noget vi ser frem til. Gode - gratis - parkeringsforhold både udenfor og i kælderen. Husk at bede om et værelse med balkon. Benyt også gerne deres restaurant La Piöda, den er bestemt et besøg værd, men husk at bestille bord.

God beliggenhed. Serviceminded personale. Et helt igennem fantastisk morgenbord. 3 retters ++ aftenmenu med flere valgmuligheder for hver ret. Byens bedste restaurant. Gode og rene værelser med de nødvendige faciliteter. Vi var 3 generationer og alle havde det store smil på.

Very good overall
Great location, friendly staff, very clean hotel. Only complaint is that the room was a little noisy, the cafe played music from 7am until 9pm and you could hear every time another guest opened or closed their door. Would still stay again.

Good value option in Livigno
We booked a superior room as a treat for our christmas week snowboarding trip, as we wanted a balcony view of the mountain and thought the jetted tub would be great for aching muscles. We arrived over ten hours after leaving our home, with the most stressful part being the bus up from town (note, the free buses are great but so full and busy around 4-5 pm!) and the receptionist saw we were tired and got us checked in quickly without dragging out the tour which we appreciated. The room was simple yet pleasant. We were in #16 and the view wasn't quite as good as the photos on here, as the carpark for Doss 18 lift is right in your view, a shame. The jetted tub was also difficult to use and only gave you bubbles when it wanted to! The Astra is in a good location out of the main busy strip but with some great restaurants around it, a nice restaurant of its own La Pioda, and both blue and red bus lines directly outside. The Doss 18 behind it is a good blue run and ski school which is useful. As it was Xmas week I enquired a while before via email about any special Christmas menus in the restaurant as I thought we would need to pre-book and was told I would be contacted when released, this never happened and of course it was fully booked when we arrived. Although instead we managed to get a last-minute table at Angels and Demons for a stunning Xmas Eve meal so all worked out. All in all it's comparatively a good value option in Livigno but I am not sure we'd necessarily stay again.

Stunning hotel
Absolutely amazing stay! The room was perfect, lots of character. We had a balcony with mountain views. Check in was quick and the employee was personable. The hotel was quiet, bed was comfortable. The breakfast-hands down the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten, and I have stayed at my fair share of hotels. Absolutely excellent. I literally have only wonderful things to say about this hotel. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, and we would seek this hotel out if we are ever in the area again. Top notch.

Hotel gourmet
Abbiamo utilizzato la stanza 110, soppalcata, dimensioni contenute ma ben accessoriata, i due letti sul soppalco sono per figli noi non li abbiamo utilizzati,manca un frigo, il bagno con vasca e doccia con idromassaggio è comodo ed ha la tazza ed il bidet separati, soluzione ottimale per noi. La colazione è inclusa ed è molto abbondante e molto assortita: 6 tipi di pane fresco oltre ai prodotti per celiaci, dolci freschi oltre a quelli confezionati, frutta e succhi di frutta ( spremuta di arancia self service), uova cotte in più modi, yogurt fresco, varie marmellate,vari mieli compreso quello integrale con cera!, salumi e formaggi della latteria... Abbiamo utilizzato per cena il loro ristorante (alla carta preferendo alla mezza pensione offerta) con molta soddisfazione, scegliendo piatti locali, carta vini da enoteca. Per chi vuole c'è anche il garage coperto gratuito!! visto che la notte la temperatura scende.
