"Helpful staff who let us change for our event in disabled facilities as we were early for check in time. Hotel room extremely hot with just a desk top fan to cool. Very noisy area so while maybe convenient for a night out was too disruptive for us."

"Night concierge was really helpful, had us checked in and in room within 5 mins, room smelt clean and fresh on arrival. Not sure if we were put in a disabled access room because the bathroom was a bit clinical like a hospital bathroom but was very clean. No TV in room or extra amenities (kettle) ..."
