Der Bereich Covered ist eingezäunt. Schreckt anfangs ein wenig ab. Man kann aber durchaus FKK Strände besuchen. Scogli ma anche qualche piccola Spiaggietta. Vicino a parenti e un’oretta scarsa da Rovigno. Per me meraviglioso… la Casetta di legno comoda e ben pulita. "Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. Unser Haus war leider auch bei bezug nicht sauber und das Bad schon richtig verkalkt/verschimmelt. Würde wir auf keinen fall nochmal hin fahren. Die Wege bis zum Haus waren auch nicht gerade angenehm, vorallem mit kleinen Kindern. Einrach überall Betonplatten. Parken war auch manchmal abenteuerlich. Nachts musste man mit offenem...

"You often find a 5 star hotel that is middle of the road, no better than a 4 star and completely different from 5 star in other countries. This hotel, the staff, the quality and experience are what I would call truly 5 star, actually traditionally excellent 5 star. There is nothing I would find to complain about. We had an outstanding stay which has reinvigorated my faith in service, facilities, and enjoyment. Will definitely be going back and I just wish others provided this level also."

"The staff was completely uncaring and unhelpful. There was no ventilation in our room. None at all. When I asked at the front desk I was told someone would take a look at it. When I asked again an hour later they said they called to have it inspected. When we got back from. dinner no one had been there. When I checked again with the front desk (in person since the phone did not work) I was told it was inspected and nothing was wrong. I was told that all of the rooms were the same temperature and it was suggested i sleep with the windows open. There was an obvious error code on the thermostat and all of the other rooms had their patio doors closed so I assumed their climate was working. So I was lied to twice by the front desk. And they were very smug and rude about everything. Even at check in. We have been all over the world in many hotels and have never been treated so poorly. Yes. The pool and location is great but does not even begin to compensate for the staff behavior at the price. This was our sixth visit to Portoroz and I will never stay at this hotel again. There are much better choices."

"Amazing hotel! There is still some work undergoing at the hotel and not all areas were opened. It has the best reception and amazing hospitality. The issues we had with the booking via Expedia were promptly resolved by the concierge manager Jasmina. The spa was out of this world with several different saunas. Highly recommended. The room was well equipped but I think the decor inside of it does not match the beautiful decor in the lobby. We opted for a half board option. The breakfast options were plentiful. Great juice bar. Dinner options were slightly more limited but that could be down to my personal preferences. The only downside I found was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but they there but they were about 5 - 10 min walk away, partially on a gravel road. The hotel golf buggies were there but nobody bothered to offer a lift to the car park. We did a lot of walking whilst there and were tired at the end of the day. Plus I had to be careful not to ruin my shoes. It was a minor inconvenience but still something to consider. I would throughly recommend the hotel and I am already looking to book it again."
