I called to inquire about a pack and play for our infant and the hotel clerk said it was too late and I’d have to set it up myself. Her tone was annoyed and after a long day of travelling, I expected a warmer welcome."

"Maintenance needed in several areas on the property - bath tub had two different types of paints in parts, hall floor in front of the elevator on the 5th floor seemed hollow/damaged in one part, when the AC turned on it smelled like cigarette smoke (and the AC was quite loud). The staff were very helpful and nice."

"The hotel is very convenient to dining and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable. The balcony looked out on the pool. With trees and privacy. The staff was very professional and helpful. "

"Everything was run down, the smoke alarm wasn’t even attached to the wall it was in the nightstand. I got there at 11am, check in was 3pm. I wasn’t even alllwed to stay in the lobby until 2pm……… he suggested I WALK to a store nearby with my bag…."

"Overall, TownPlace Suites is pretty good, not great (6.5 / 10). The first room that we were assigned had a door that did not lock and the phone was not working. The second room was good, but the coffee maker was missing the basket. The beds were very comfortable. Where TownPlace falls short is its attention to the comman areas. I had to notify the staff that there was no paper towel in the workout room to wipe the equipment, and there were no towels. I also had to notify that the men's room just steps from the front desk had no paper towel. The hallway rugs look like they need vacuuming and maybe a shampooing. The breakfast is pretty good, but a cereal that is not covered in sugar would be nice. I would like to see real utensils. They use only plastic. Not terrible, not great."
