"Place is clean and very comfortable. It was a 1 night stay. People were very nice. Close to downtown Charlotte and train station."

"Will stay there again absolutely love this place!"

"We just loved everything about this house. Way better than sleeping in a hotel. "

"Nicely appointed suite! Super clean and a very convenient location. Close to coffee shops, cafes, various eateries and great walks. NoDa neighborhood is hip and cool! And close to downtown Charlotte, a quick 5 minute Blue Line train trip away, if you happen to be going to a concert or sporting event!"

"We chose this hotel strictly because of the hot tub offering. It takes us 12 hours to get to Charlotte from north of Tampa due to many stops as a result of body pain. This is the only hotel in Charlotte that has hot tub in a large setting. The heated year-round pool was definitely a benefit to staying at the hotel. The housekeeping staff is kind, intuitive and helpful."

"The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking."

"My daughter and I came for the Katseye concert and so, the hotel was extremely busy! You wouldn’t have ever known though, if you didn’t see all the people because the staff were amazing! I was running late and they were so helpful with parking our car and getting us checked in super quickly! The room was super clean and beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was packed but they never ran out of anything and it tasted great! I never review but I was actually super impressed with my stay!"

"The hotel wasn't bad but the room was very small, and the smell of weed knocked us back when we got off the elevator. My daughter stayed here before and had the same experience with the smell. The shuttle was nice to the airport."

"The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice !"

"Very unwelcoming property. Sketchy people outside and in, noisy. Very vacant, disrepair, lobby is vacant and desolate looking."

"Hotel needs renovation badly. Stained wallpaper and smelled of smoke. Card keys to room didn’t work multiple times ended up being locked out of our room for 45 minutes at 11:00 pm. We had to sit in the lobby waiting for the maintenance guy to arrive and fix the door. Past two Hampton Inn’s have been very disappointing, unfortunately."

"Upon arrival the hotel staff was very courteous, attentive and welcoming. Our check-in process was speedy. Upon arriving to the room, it was spacious and had all amenities as described online! The room and bed were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The soaps and shampoos were filled and all of the toiletries were in order! Parking wasn't free within the facilities parking garage but my vehicle was taken care of! No complaints at all! Would stay here again, especially when attending...
