The room was very clean and exactly as pictured. The staff were very friendly and accompanied. Them has everything you need for a quick workout. They had a hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, waffles, pastries, juice, and coffee. Overall pleasant experience.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom starting to see some wear and tear. First floor ice machine out of order. Told to go to the third-floor ice machine and it gave little ice that was pretty melted by the time I returned to my room on the first floor. Pool was clean but the water temp was freezing. We always pick a Hampton Inn when we travel because they are clean and comfortable.

I have been traveling south since i got my license back in 1999 and I have stay at multiple hotels different brand names but hampton inn has alway been a great choice the rooms are always clean neat and dont have funky smells

Dependable Comfort at this Hampton Inn

This was an excellent stay, and when visiting family in the area, this will be our home away from home. The room was so clean, and the breakfast was your typical HI breakfast. However, the breakfast host replenished everything until 10 a.m. because we ate late. The aesthetics of this hotel were unique and well kept! Kudos to all of the staff—from the front desk to the hard-working staff behind the scenes who make it a wonderful stay. Shout out to the cleaning staff and the breakfast host guy! You all take pride in your gem of a hotel, and it shows.

Awesome place.

We were greeted by Jamanja. He was kind, friendly and hospitable as were ALL staffers we met n We were offered delicious cookies and bottled water. The facility was beautiful. The breakfast was for for a king ! Hot and delicious with more thank enough variety. Everything worked and was clean. I would give this place an A+. Will stay again if in the area. Oh and the price was good too.

Got off to a rough start having to wait 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge i was at the front desk. Only one elevator was working, my mom that was traveling in a wheel chair we had to wait awhile for enough room to use the elevator. Our room was very clean and well kept! Everything hung was stocked, the fitness room and as clean and nice! The cleaning ladies were amazing and very helpful! We will more than likely stay there again while traveling to Little Rock!

Good: The hotel staff were nice and professional. Bad 1. The room keys never worked! The front desk made them over again, with no improvement. Hotel staff had to let us in every time. 2. The accessible room was not accessible. The bed was too high and the toilet was too low. 3. The breakfast was terrible. The hot offerings were few and not very good. There was no warm bread, and the toaster didn't even work. Overall We generally like Hampton Inn, but the issues with our stay will likely make us skip this location in the future.

It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and she wanted to stay at a nice hotel with indoor pool. Well me and my older son got to the pool before my wife and my daughter and her 2 other friends. We had rented 2 rooms. My son was already in the pool against the deep in and the girls just got in when he moved away from the wall and the pool light fell out and was floating in the pool with the wires. I told them all to get out ASAP and called the front desk. To me it sounded like this has happened before. They shut the pool down. Then later that night I went to ask what time breakfast started and why they only was doing continental. I was told that the oven went out and the are expensive and they had to find one. So not to happy with this trip.
