"This property is very convenient due to its proximity to Times Square, other than that, the rooms are old and overall not worth the value: the AC doesn’t work, there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the rooms aren’t clean. The rooms do not look like the photos being advertised."

"Arrived while multiple huge conferences were going on. The front doors were closed for entry and exit the entire time we were there and the elevators rarely worked due to the amount of people using them. Had to walk up and down the stairs to the 15th floor multiple times. "
