"The place had a strange smell. The door between the rooms and the main area was never closed, which I consider unsafe. The room had an unpleasant odor, and there was a leak from the ceiling."

"The Lucerne was ideal for just about all of our needs. The neighborhood felt safe and healthy dining options plentiful. The subway was a three minute walk away. Our room was spacious when compared with many locations in Manhattan. We stayed 8 nights and this became home to our family of four."
