"Big room and very comfy bed "

"Second stay here. This time check-in was slick and efficient; last time it was slow. When you are arriving at midnight after a long and delayed journey, the last thing you want is to fill in a form with the same details that should already have been transmitted by Hotel.com / Expedia. Rooms very clean, lovely bathroom products available and well stocked tea/coffee tray with hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. Spa area great, good sized pool. Hot tub, sauna and steam room. All staff were very pleasant from reception, spa and dining room staff. A brilliant stay."
