The kids had a great time and really enjoyed themselves. The pools were clean, and the bartenders did an excellent job keeping up with the crowd, which we appreciated. Overall, the main area for improvement would be ensuring that all employees provide better, more consistent customer service. "

Happy staff always w a great attitude! Food was great! All restaurants were delicious. All amenities were great. Staff way friendlier than Secrets Akumal for sure! I highly recommend this hotel. I will be coming back for sure. "
