Sandy Beach Oceanfront Resort

"There was construction on the beach in front of the hotel (and 2 others left and right) so we could not use the beach. We couldn't use the pool because of the construction noise and exhaust gasoline smell. The construction was during the night too, so we couldn't get a good sleep. The property is "smoke free", but people were smoking by the pool and security was smoking by the elevator. One elevator was down so it took forever to get to our room. Houkeeping visited our room once for a 3 nights stay, took all the towels but didn't leave any clean ones."
"The room and facilities were clean. Front desk could tend to be rude and unprofessional. However other staff were very friendly and helpful. Building could use an update. It was a nice stay overall at a very affordable price."
"Too noisy. Pools must be separated for the kids only & adults. Otherwise no chance for adults to in the pools. There must be a sale point fır basic needs as there’s no food service. Providing a shuttle service for Boardwalk makes the facility premier!"
"Room felt dusty, permanent spots & dirt on walls & floor, didn’t feel safe sitting on balcony, didn’t deel safe eating from dishes/utensils in room, bathroom was super small, gave motel vibes with an ocean view. Overall, would never book again. Property gives the option of $40 insurance that you don’t get back or $250 deposit that you’ll get back if there’s no incidentals. The property is already run down, I should’ve got a discount for that"
"It was a great place for the price. So many amenities available. However, the room was very musty smelling and the furniture was somewhat dirty. Comfy beds, but the pillows were tiny. Overall, I'd return, however, my expectations were much higher."
