The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and have a variety of options. The building is very old. The keys to the property were not the best. The lights on the stairs turned off after 30 seconds leaving you in the dark. It was good to be a few streets away from the city centre but still close.

Place was a bit difficult to find, just a small plaque on the wall., you need to take the lift up, the lift only fits 2 person with small luggage. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for just a cheap accommodation and clean bed, this is acceptable. Only complain is the noise from the street and on our 1st night, we had thumping sounds til 1am from the floor above. Occasionally we hear noise within the walls. Location is excellent, many shops around and nearest metro is 5 minutes walk away Breakfast was very basic, toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and cheese. The complementary wine was a good gesture.

Great value and location!

I really enjoyed this hostile right in the heart of historic Lisbon. Even though it was on the fourth floor, there was an accommodating elevator that was always available. The property was clean and well-maintained, the showers were hot, and there was a lovely kitchen and breakfast room where you could enjoy the Free breakfast the next morning. I particularly like the fact that the beds were in a private cubicle complete with a curtain and electric charging with a personal lighting within the cube. That is very welcomed in hostel world. I will come back here again at the end of my stay in Portugal.

Stedet matchede ikke med billederne. Værelset var misligholdt, store huller i væggene og kun et "operationslys" i loftet. Hul under terassedøren direkte ud til altan. Vandskade på gulvet. Morgenmaden var pauver, kun med ost og ellers kun søde sager. Bade- og toiletforhold slidt og upraktisk. Ansatte var ok venlige, og de gjorde ok rent. Meget larm til langt over midnat. Beliggenhed perfekt

Péssimo

Horrivel, pra ser ruim tem que melhorar muito. Informam banheiro privativo, porém fora do quarto. Passeamos o dia inteiro, chegamos a noite e o banheiro todo revirado. Ventilador e nada é a mesma coisa, quarto super quente, nada arrejado. A entrada parece cativeiro.

L’emplacement était parfait, c’est bien central. Les toilettes étaient propres même si elles étaient partagées. La chambre était parfaite pour 2 personnes. Le personnel est gentil, il réponde aux demandes et se débrouille en anglais. Nous pouvions aller porter nos bagages avant le check-in gratuitement. L’hostel est situé au 4e étage mais il y a un ascenseur. Il y a une machine à café à 1€ et lors des déjeuners c’est gratuit. Les déjeuners sont corrects, il y a du pain, des céréales, du yogourt, des fruits et du jus. Très bien comme hostel.

Fizemos o check-in na segunda e ficamos até o dia 01 sem nenhum tipo de limpeza ou manutenção no quarto. Ficamos em uma suíte com quarto e banheiro individuais, precisamos pedir um ventilador na recepção no qual o funcionário hesitou em nos conceder. Fomos até a recepção solicitar a limpeza e retirada do lixo e disseram que só efetuariam a limpeza após o 3 dia . O que não ocorreu! O lugar é bem localizado e de super fácil acesso, porém a limpeza do lugar não é uma das coisas pontuais.

Es ist ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hostel! Es wird regelmäßig sauber gemacht und die Betten sind für kurze Reisen ausreichend! Natürlich sind die sanitären Anlagen durch den ständigen Gebrauch nicht durchgehend sauber, aber das ist wohl in keinem Hostel so. Das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein Pluspunkt ist das kleine Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist klein (Käse, Nutella, Marmelade und Honig), aber ich es ist im Preis inbegriffen und der Kaffee ist sehr gut! Auf den Balkonen kann man rauchen. Für die im Winter Reisenden: Das Fenster ließ sich in unserem Zimmer nicht ganz schließen bzw. öffnete sich bei jedem Durchzug wieder. Für uns war das bei 39 Grad kein Problem, im Winter stelle ich mir das jedoch sehr kalt vor. Alles in allem ein gutes Hostel für Fortgeschrittene, aber auch für Anfänger geeignet mit Blick auf den bekannten Fahrstuhl!
